How To Get A Facial At Home πŸ΅οΈ

Do you want to keep your skin in tip top condition during this time? Getting a homemade facial at home not only will help your skin but also your mind.

Today I’m sharing with you three masks that you can easily mix with ingredients you already have at home. And a video tutorial to show you how easy this is and the amazing results.

First things first. No matter which mask you choose, you’ll have to exofliate before applying it.

Homemade exfoliation is as easy as this:
♻️ Mix sugar & olive or coconut oil and gently exfoliate your face.
πŸ’¦ Rinse with warm water and face towel.

Now is time to mix your homemade mask. You can choose among these three options depending on your skin type (or availability of ingredients at home.

1. Dry Skin Mask

  • πŸ₯‘ mix avocado
  • 🍯 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 🌾 a handful of oats.

2. Uneven Dull Skin Mask

  • πŸ₯› 1 tablespoon of natural, plain yogurt
  • 🍯 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 🟠 1 tablespoon of turmeric powder.

3. Oily/Combination Skin Mask

  • πŸ“ a few mashed up strawberries
  • πŸ‹ squeezed lemon or orange juice
  • πŸ₯› 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt.

Mix ingredients, apply to the face and leave for 15 min. Whilst you wait enjoy a warm bath and light some candles and listen to relaxing music or meditate.

Check out the video tutorial, I’ve opted for mask #3 for Oily/Combination Skin. The results speak by themselves!
