These smoothies are really easy to make, you’ll only need three ingredients and the result tastes like Summer!
Here is what you need to make 2 servings:
|🍓🍒 250 gr Frozen Berries of your choice||🌪️ Hand Blender / Minipimer|
|🥛 1 pot or 170 gr Greek Yogurt |
(I use Fage 5%)
|🥣 A Jar / Container to make the mix|
|🍯 2 tablespoons of Honey||🥄 A Spoon|
|💦 Water to regulate the thickness of the smoothie based on your preference.|
